The path to clean energy will not be a straight line.

As climate-fueled natural disasters continue to intensify, the need for dramatic action towards a clean energy future has become increasingly dire. But the path to get there will not be easy. To meet this challenge, it is vital to understand the intersection of energy with engineering, public policy, and economics.

I’m on a mission to identify and solve the largest technological hurdles facing our electrical grid as traditional fuels are replaced with renewables. This research project is a first step on that journey to demonstrate how quantitative analysis and data visualization can compliment energy engineering fundamentals.
